About Us

Welcome to Baseline, a small brand for men who are still doing the work and no longer feel fully recovered. We make one thing: a once-daily evening drink that supports your body's reset after years of stress, short sleep, restaurant food, and days that never quite finish.

Most supplements aimed at this treat the symptom in isolation. Tired? Take a stimulant. Stiff? Take a joint pill. Sleeping badly? Take a sedative. But the reason you wake up already behind usually isn't one broken part — it's cumulative inflammatory load, a stress response that never switches off, and recovery that keeps getting deferred to tomorrow. Treat those one at a time and you stay in the loop. So we built around the whole loop instead.

That meant four ingredients at doses that actually do something. Enhanced-bioavailability curcumin, because plain turmeric powder doesn't absorb well enough to matter. Phosphatidylserine and phosphatidic acid, researched together in chronically stressed men — more specific than another ashwagandha capsule. Magnesium bisglycinate for sleep quality and normal muscle function. And glycine, for the nighttime reset that makes this feel like a recovery drink rather than a pill you swallow and forget.

It's a stick pack for a reason. Gummies and capsules can't carry meaningful doses of four ingredients — you'd be taking a handful. A powder you mix into water after dinner can, and it turns the whole thing into a moment rather than another bottle on the counter. One stick. Mixed with water. After dinner. Thirty to a carton.

We started Baseline because the honest version of this problem doesn't get said out loud. You're not unhealthy. You haven't let yourself go. You're a functioning adult carrying years of accumulated inputs your body never got the chance to clear. That's a different problem, and it deserves a different answer than being told to try harder.

You know what you used to feel like. That's the target. Not a transformation — a return to baseline.
